You may browse the Site, request our free downloads, and contact us. You agree not to interfere with the Site's operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access to it, use it to send unsolicited messages, or scrape or harvest information from it by automated means.

Our Books, Artwork, and Characters

Everything on this Site — the text, the illustrations, the book covers, the photographs, and the characters of Josiah, Shelly, and Toby — is owned by the Company or by Rollen T. Smith III and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, adapt, republish, or sell any of it without our written permission.

What You May Do With the Free Downloads

Our free coloring pages and printable resources are a gift, and we want them used. You may:

• Print as many copies as you like for your own family
• Print and distribute copies to students in your classroom, or to clients in your practice
• Use them in a library, camp, waiting room, or similar setting

You may not:

• Sell them, or include them in anything you sell
• Upload them to a resource marketplace, file-sharing site, or your own website
• Alter them, remove our name from them, or present them as your own work

If you'd like to share them, please send people to this Site to download their own copy — that way they get the newest version, and we get to say hello.

Buying the Books

We do not sell books on this Site. Our book pages link to Amazon, where the purchase, payment, shipping, and returns are handled entirely by Amazon under their terms. We are not responsible for your transaction with them, and prices and availability shown here may not match theirs.

Links to Other Sites

The Site links to websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, their practices, or anything that happens once you leave.

Email

If you give us your email address, you agree we may send you the resource you requested and occasional messages about the series. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link and our postal address.
